The brief

The founder of Laguna was bitten by the juice bug back in 2005 after discovering Jamba Juice during his LA travels. However it wasn’t until a trip to Sydney, and visiting Boost Juice, that Tony had his ‘eureka moment’ and Laguna was born. 
 
TYC was appointed to develop a brand personality and interior environment that instills the ‘laguna experience’. Injecting the fun and energy of the LA juice culture and adapt it for Barcelona.

The approach

The project kicked off with a creative session, where TYC upped their knowledge on the founder and explored the core brand ideas. The USP was to creating a feel-good Laguna experience. From the juices to the kiosk environment the design needed to radiate a positive, healthy and bright culture immersing each customer leaving them feeling relaxed and restored. 
 
The design of both the 2D and 3D elements are inspired by the eclectic and dynamic Venice Beach boardwalk, transporting customers to the famous West Coast of USA. 
 
The TYC team worked together to collectively produce the visual identity and tone of voice for the brand. TYC successfully executed this through to a mid-mall kiosk design, a logo, packaging, merchandise and uniforms.

The outcome

The outcome is an absolutely stunning brand and mid-mall kiosk oozing LA vibes and tides. It is a super healthy, super cool juice brand that stops customers in their tracks. 
 
The first unit opened in Barcelona in Q1 2018.
