#WembleyParkNow campaign

Creating a responsive & localised community space for merchants, makers & doers

A space that provides a platform for local and start-up brands to come together to create a vibrant, social retail place’. This was the brief that we co-curated with Quintain after they approached TYC to design their new market concept.

“TYC has proven they can create a structure that fits both the entrepreneur’s vision and our chosen direction as a developer. They go above and beyond the scope of the brief to help all tenants make the most of their brand.”

Matt Slade - Retail Director, Quintain

Question

The retail landscape has never been more challenging. TYC’s brief was to create a unique, localised and adaptive retail environment that would enable local start-up, emerging and established brands to test the world of physical retail.

Push

From our learnings and research into the local area, demographics, industry trends and social insights, we were able to create a totally unique and ownable branded experience that is relevant to its location which appeals to local people, visitors and tourists alike.

Our researched provided a clear route to market – bring back the infamous Wembley market in a new age. One with ultimate adaptability with an over-arching aesthetic that retained a sense of new-age retail whilst allowing each individual brand to shine.

Change

A brand personality that stands out from the crowd, colourful, playful and speaks directly to consumers. This paired with ‘curated rooms of discovery’ set within a modular architecture and family of fixtures, allowing brands to display across an area or a single bay on seasonal, on flexible leases.
