We have a very exciting opportunity for a keen junior Interior Designer to join our team on a full time, perm basis. We are looking for someone with some experience of successful retail environment design and rollout projects.  We need this person to be a good all rounder with a flair for creative concept generation supported by design development and 3D modeling skills.

This person will be inspired by new trends, materials and technologies whilst actively seeking out what’s next in the industry, such as visiting exhibitions or lectures. We are also looking for this person to understand the notion of experiential design and strive to craft excellent customer experiences.

This role will require client facing skills, meaning that this person needs to be able to engage with clients in a proactive manner. There will be regular client meetings and site visits, however the day to day will be conducted in our office in London. The person will be required to document meetings, produce presentations and create all project deliverables to an exceptionally high standard.

Working as part of  the Interiors team, this person will be expected to take instruction, guidance and art direction from the Director of Interiors and other senior members of the team.

Specific skills we are looking for:

• Idea and concept generation
• 3D environment sketching
• Up to date knowledge of trends, technology, materials, finishes, manufacturing methods etc
• Good experience of using Vectorworks for technical design development and detailed rollout drawings
• Good experience creating 3D models and high quality renders in Renderworks or Cinema 4D
• Good skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in writing and creating presentations using Adobe InDesign 
• Experience of MS Office
• Good client liaison skills
• Must be able to produce all project deliverables to an exceptionally high standard

Qualifications required:

• 2:1 or higher Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or similar

Outstanding references (preferably from the big boy agencies in London) and a stunning portfolio are expected.
