The brief:
Setting their sights to become the next big thing in one of caterings biggest emerging market, Tsuru offers their customers with a fresh, authentic approach to sushi. The Yard Creative was approached to help the client through all stages of the design process from conceptual design through to on-site snagging and handover of the site.

Taking the clients values of authentic, quality and well being The Yard Creative created an environment that was welcoming, inviting and easy to shop.
The outcome:
A theatrical, dramatic space bustling with sounds and smells from the open kitchen to help evoke a sense of freshly prepared, high quality sushi.
