Process
With over a decade of design experience we have had lots of time to refine our approach to projects. The diagram below shows the customer centered design process that we use when designing a new commercial interior.

Our process focuses heavily on customers; no customers no sales, no sales no business! We understand that customers are the keystones to any business, so this is where we start. Any designer can redesign a bar to look pretty but does it keep the existing core customer whilst attracting new ones?
Using customer feedback sessions, role-plays and surveying people on the street provides invaluable insight into customers’ needs and expectations. However, we understand that customer requirements must be matched by business aims, technical feasibility and innovative thought.
We like to offer a very personal service and our clients often use us as the lead consultants; overseeing the conceptual development of a brand through to onsite delivery of a project. However, a big part of our service is flexibility and the ability to adapt to any situation, so we sometimes help clients out with certain parts of this process, such as visualisation of ideas to aid a pitch or creating technical drawing packs to handover to the site contractors.
