To redesign the till and service areas to help create a strong customer facing area easily identifiable as a point payment or service.

To review the existing solutions and interact with customers and staff to get to the root of the issues.
The outcome:
The introduction of a totally new way of looking at customer service for Habitat. The final solutions should increase the satisfaction for customers, improve efficiency and ease of use for staff whilst complimenting the existing store design.
