In today’s World, when we mention interaction the first thoughts are of technology and such things as touch screens. It appears to have been forgotten that there once existed a World without such technology and we still interacted just fine.
Lush have been given this award for remembering these days and their ability to interact without technology.
The fragrant smells, whether you like it or not stop you in your tracks. The merchandising plays on the subliminal by cleverly being displayed as edible treats such as ice cream and cheese making you want to dive straight in. The final tip of the soap-filled-iceberg is the staff.
Interacting with the customers and offering friendly verbal and visual demonstrations that helps shows-off the products potential in a way that I remember magicians engaging with you when you were younger; holding your attention and wowing you with their abilities. Definitely the most fun had in any of the stores!
