Creating theatre and education to selling paint.

The brief:

Create and satisfy consumer demand for paint colour whilst establishing the client as an expert and market leader.

The approach:

Working closely as part of a team of consultants, our aim was to provide a solution that showed an understanding of customers who have never purchased paint before and may have minimal understanding of how to use colour.

The outcome:

A theatrical destination to attract and welcome customers that educates the customer at different stages of the shopping process. The space allows the customer to take a step-by-step journey through to the point of purchase whilst allowing a more direct route for trade and regular users.
