A visionary book that outlines Railrest marketing philosophy to continue to develop their relationship with Thalys

The brief:

To develop something that captures the imagination of the Thalys clients, communicates Railrest skills and helps demonstrate our knowledge of marketing.

The approach:

Although we only had ten days to create something unique, we felt it necessary to visit Belgium, Railrest and the Thalys trains to gain an insight to both companies operations and customers. After this trip we realised that there were many stories that Railrest has to tell so a book was the natural way forward. Whilst one part of the team wrote each chapter the other part designed the layout and prepared the production.

The outcome:

A simple book that outlines in 3 stages their understanding, their vision and their deliverables. This book has helped re-establish the relationship between Railrest and Thalys and clearly show Railrest’s drive and ambition to constantly deliver outstanding results.
