The brief:

The Yard Creative were appointed, following a recommendation, to bring a new perspective to onboard retailing and a fresh outlook based on best practice in sectors outside the transport industry.

The approach:

The task was to create a destination that improves customer satisfaction and the efficiency of customer service.

The project was run in 3 stages:
1. Research - involving ethnographic studies, competitor studies, numeration studies, equipment and logistic studies and trends

2. Analysis - review all the data collected to compose the brief and the way forward

3. Layout Design - conceptual and scientific design with potential financial outputs

The last stage saw our team create layout designs that stretch the potential of onboard retailing and strive to create something remarkable that works.The designs were also been backed up with financial studies and potential sales outcomes.

The outcome:

This project has been a superb experience and is intended to create both emotional and logical points-of-difference for customers to choose to travel with Eurostar.
